SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Federal Express, United Parcel Service (UPS), and the U.S Postal Service (USPS).

Tracking your Shipment

The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.

iRefurbish LCD can ship to street addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Standard Return Policy

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. as they are no warrenty through irefurbishlcd you must contact the manfacture for the machine directly to get any warrenty issue resolve as we are just a dealer and only provied training not liable for any mechanical problem is highly recommended that you/ company take our course to learn how to use the machinery take note that there is no guarantee that you would learn the process with in 3 day of traning .

Please note in most cases the actual photo of the items might not be excat as what u see on the website do to changing technology and getting upgread everyday with phone companys and changing models, we will try to send you a similer machinery but it is not a 100 percent guaranty but will do the job same technic as what u see in vidoe

We are not liable for any damges that might accure during dilvery do to that this machines are heavy and is hard to be moved around .

Return Policy Rules and Exceptions

All sales are final and cannot be returned. All items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within 7-10 business days of when you place your order (in stock inventory). You can check the "orders" section of our website to see the estimated arrival date for each order. Once in the Orders tab, clIck on the order number and you will see tracking information for each item in your order that is marked as "shipped". If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email they are no cancelation after placing a order.


On rare occasions, there may be a delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

limited warrenty

Only manfacture defect is cover under the manfacture defect and must be shipped back to china on your own expense any tampering of the machinery will void your warrenty aoutomaticly.

Tracking Packages

We will send you an email notifying you when your package has shipped. It will include tracking information. You can also access this information in the "orders" section of our website. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and others are shipped to our warehouse for repackaging, so your purchases may arrive in more than one package.

Sales Tax charged on shipping and handling fees



iRefurbish LCD is obligated by law to collect sales tax on "handling fees" associated with items being shipped to New York, Pennsylvania and California.
